Conference Registration Fees
  Early bird (lowest fee; register by 31 May): US$225
  Late (higher fee; register by 18 July): US$245
  On-site (highest fee; register 19-24 July) US$275

Conference registration and banquet seating may be canceled by 10 June for a 5% penalty; conference registration and banquet seating canceled after 15 July are not reimbursable.

Banquet
There will be a conference banquet on the evening of 23 July. Banquet tickets, which are separate from meeting registration, are US$40 each. Banquet reservations and payment must be received no later than 15 July 2002. Banquet tickets will not be available on-site.

The banquet buffet will include vegetarian, fish and meat entrees. We can accommodate special dietary requirements if you make a note with your registration. If you have questions, please contact the .
